Dirty Monkey Cocktail Recipe
Banana, coffee and dark rum, blitzed with pineapple and a splash of coconut milk. Every Caribbean beach bar pours its own Dirty Monkey, and you can have this one in the glass in two minutes. It makes two.
Ingredients
- Banana Liqueur - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
- Kahlua - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
- Dark Rum - 90ml (3 Squeezes)
- Pineapple Juice - 120ml (4 Squeezes)
- Coconut Milk - a splash
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender with ice, pulse and serve.
Squeeze Tip
Pulse the blender in short bursts. That breaks the ice into a thick, frosty slush. Leave it running flat out and the ice turns to water, so you end up with a thin drink.
